We need a few more members to sign up for this eight-hour Energy Star Program Class scheduled for the evenings of September 30th & October 7th. Here is the class description:
- Green starts with energy! Energy Star is a joint program of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Dept of Energy. This program delivers the technical information and tools that organizations need to choose energy efficient solutions and managements practices. Most of the time in this class will be spent on the www.energystar.gov website becoming familiar with and navigating the various areas of this busy site, as well as using some of the interactive energy loss/savings calculators on it.
