4-Day Class
for Gas Piping Installation
This is the hands on portion
of the gas piping; we will work with copper, sweging and brazing. It will give you the skills on threading, flaring
copper, and CSST pipe. We will also do some code work.
This 16-hour class will include the
Gastite® and Wardflex® training programs as put on by the manufacturer’s
representatives. These three brands of
corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) are the most prevalent in use in this
part of the country for flexible fuel gas piping systems. This class will include hands-on installation
of tubing with black pipe fittings on a furnace and a pressure test. Please note that the installers of gas piping
must meet all state and local regulations and code requirements.
